The Physics of Vapor-Cell Atomic Clocks
Vapor-cell atomic clocks are the most common type of atomic clock. In our research, we use vapor-cell clocks to study the physics of alkali-metal atoms in vapor cells, which in turn is the physics limiting the performance of vapor-cell clocks.
